1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order or making a purchase from The Curious Bee, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

 

2. Product Information

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions and prices are accurate. However, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of an item you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price/description or canceling it.

  • Color Discrepancy: While we make every effort to display the colors of our products accurately, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, and we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
  • Sizing/Fit: Sizing guides are provided for reference. We cannot guarantee a specific fit, as fit is subjective and depends on individual body type and preference.

 

3. Payment

We accept all major credit cards, Paypal and more. All orders must be paid in full prior to shipping.

 

4. Shipping and Delivery

 

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5 business days.
  • Delivery: Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
  • Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for items purchased passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
  • Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

 

5. Our Returns and Exchange Policy 

Due to the limited and unique nature of our boutique items, we maintain a strict policy on returns and exchanges.

  • Final Sale: All sales are considered final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or dislike of fit/style.
  • Exception: Item Flaws/Damage Upon Arrival:
    • The only exception to our "Final Sale" policy is if an item arrives with a genuine manufacturing flaw or damage that occurred prior to shipping.
    • The item must be in its original, unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition, with all original tags attached, and free from any signs of use, including but not limited to: pet hair, deodorant marks, makeup stains, odors (e.g., perfume, smoke), or alterations.
    • Time Limit: You must notify us of the flaw within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing thecuriousbeellc@gmail.com and providing clear photographic evidence of the flaw.
    • Approval: Returns for flaws are subject to inspection and approval. If the item shows any signs of having been used or worn, the return will be rejected, and the item will be sent back to the customer at the customer's expense.
    • Resolution: If the return is approved, we will offer a replacement (if available) or a full refund to the original method of payment.

All content on this site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and product designs, is the property of The Curious Bee and is protected by copyright laws.

 

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, United States.
